About the event
This supportive online session provides a safe and welcoming space for women and their families to explore their concerns, ask questions, and gain confidence when planning for a future birth. Led by Neesha Ridley, an experienced midwife with over 20 years experience of supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period, this session focuses on understanding previous birth experiences and using that knowledge to make informed decisions for the future.
Together, we will discuss birth preferences, communication with maternity services, understanding available options, and strategies to help you feel more prepared and in control during your next pregnancy and birth. Join us online to learn, share, and take positive steps towards planning a birth experience that feels informed, supported, and right for you.
